Fleet trucks make money when they stay moving. Preventive maintenance helps reduce downtime, unexpected repairs, and scheduling disasters caused by “we’ll service it next week” becoming “why is there a rod outside the block.”
Aronson Racing Lab provides scheduled fleet maintenance, inspections, service record management, and preventive maintenance programs focused on reliability, accountability, and long-term vehicle health.

All maintenance is performed according to manufacturer recommendations and specifications.
FLEET MANAGEMENT & RECORD KEEPING
Aronson Racing Lab will manage and maintain vehicle service records including:
Vehicle Information
Maintenance History
Estimates
Repair Orders
Invoices
LUBE STICKER POLICY
Service stickers will be marked 250 miles prior to the full maintenance interval to allow owner/operators time to properly schedule vehicle downtime and maintenance.
A minimum of 5 business days notice is required prior to scheduled maintenance appointments.
REPAIRS & ADDITIONAL SERVICE
Some repairs may be performed on-site depending on the repair type and circumstances.
Major repairs and extended diagnostic work must be performed at Aronson Racing Lab unless otherwise approved on a case-by-case basis.
IMPORTANT SERVICE TERMS
All maintenance schedules are based on manufacturer recommendations.
Aronson Racing Lab assumes previous scheduled maintenance has been properly followed unless otherwise disclosed by the owner/operator.
If maintenance schedules have not been followed, a new maintenance baseline may need to be established before continued service.
Declining required maintenance recommendations may increase the risk of component failure, which becomes the responsibility of the owner/operator.
PARTS & FLUID POLICY
Factory oil specifications, air filters, fuel filters, and oil filters must be followed.
If an owner/operator requests non-OEM or alternative brands/specifications, Aronson Racing Lab is not responsible for failures related to those components or fluids.
SERVICE AGREEMENT
A written service agreement will be signed by both parties outlining:
