Refund policy

ARONSON RACING LAB sells specialty performance, fabrication, and custom-fit products. Returns are the exception, not the default.

Returns require prior written authorization from Aronson Racing Lab. Do not send an item back without approval; unauthorized returns may be refused or returned to sender.

For an eligible in-stock item, a return request must be made within 14 calendar days of delivery. Approved returns must be unused, uninstalled, unmodified, complete, and in original packaging.

Custom, made-to-order, special-order, non-stock, fabricated, modified, installed, used, damaged, clearance, and final-sale items are non-cancelable and non-refundable once processing has begun.

Customers are responsible for return shipping, insurance, and safe packaging. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Approved returns may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 25% to cover inspection, handling, packaging, and supplier charges.

Refunds are issued only after the item is received and inspected. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method, less applicable shipping, restocking, or condition-related deductions.
