By placing an order with Aronson Racing Lab, you confirm that you are the authorized cardholder or account holder and that all billing, shipping, vehicle, and product information you provide is accurate.

Customers are responsible for verifying product fitment before purchase. Fitment information is provided as a guide and is not guaranteed when a vehicle has undocumented modifications, prior damage, altered mounting points, inaccurate measurements, customer-supplied components, or other conditions outside the documented scope.

Custom, made-to-order, and fabrication work is built around customer-selected specifications. Once Aronson Racing Lab begins planning, material procurement, supplier processing, setup, engineering, or fabrication, the order is final and cannot be cancelled, returned, exchanged, or refunded except where required by law.

Quotes are good-faith estimates based on the information and conditions known at the time. Added work, hidden conditions, customer changes, parts issues, or unforeseen vehicle conditions may require a revised estimate and customer approval.

A deposit may be required to reserve shop time, begin design work, and purchase materials or components. Deposits become non-refundable once work, material ordering, or shop-time commitment begins.

Some performance or racing products may be intended only for closed-course competition or off-road use and may not be legal for use on public roads. The customer is responsible for compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws.

Aronson Racing Lab may hold, request verification for, correct, or cancel an order affected by inaccurate information, suspected fraud, pricing errors, inventory errors, or listing errors. If payment has been captured for a cancelled order, the affected amount will be refunded.

Products should be installed by qualified professionals. Aronson Racing Lab is not responsible for labor, diagnosis, removal, reinstallation, towing, rental vehicles, downtime, or consequential costs arising from installation, use, misuse, or failure of a product, except where prohibited by law.
