Shipping policy

In-stock orders normally ship within 1-3 business days after successful payment and order verification. Processing time is not the same as carrier transit time.

Made-to-order and custom-configured products have their own estimated lead time. Lead times begin only after payment, required specifications, and any required approval are received. All lead times and delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees.

Material availability, build complexity, shop workload, design changes, supplier delays, carrier issues, weather, and other events outside Aronson Racing Lab’s control may affect timing. We will communicate meaningful changes when practical.

Tracking is provided when available after an order leaves Aronson Racing Lab or its supplier. Orders may ship in more than one package or from more than one location.

Customers must provide an accurate, deliverable shipping address. Address changes, reroutes, refused deliveries, and carrier correction fees may create added cost or delay and are the customer’s responsibility.

Inspect every shipment promptly. Visible damage, shortages, defects, or incorrect items must be reported within 5 calendar days of delivery, with clear photos of the item, packaging, and shipping label. Keep all packaging until the claim is resolved.

Aronson Racing Lab ships within the United States unless international service is specifically offered or approved in writing. International customers are responsible for duties, taxes, brokerage charges, and import requirements.
